How to Apply for Pre-University Courses

Step 01

Fill out the Application Form

Step 02

Send scanned copies of your documents(*) to foundationcourse@phystech.edu

  • Passport (or ID)
  • Educational documents (Certificate and Transcript)
  • Motivation letter (please describe in detail your background, academic expectations and desired areas of study upon completion of this course)
(*) Note that they should be in English or in Russian. If they are not - kindly make a notarized translation into Russian in any Russian Consulate in your country.

Step 03

Fill out and sign the following documents(*):

  • Paid Educational Services Agreement (self-paid only)
  • Additional Agreement to Paid Educational Services Agreement (self-paid only)
  • Declaration of Consent
  • Application for enrollment
  • Application for distance learning ( due to the unpredictable Coronavirus situation )
(*) All data must match your passport (including full name)

Step 04

Get your visa (if possible) and follow the INSTRUCTIONS.

Arrival & Accommodation

Arrive no later than 5 days prior to the start date
